Pera Pottery is an independent handmade ceramic kitchenware business based in Türkiye. This website and our applications are operated solely for Pera Pottery's own business purposes.

Pera Pottery is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Pinterest.

2. Use of the Pinterest API

Pera Pottery uses the Pinterest API to manage and publish content to our own Pinterest business account.

Our use of the Pinterest API may include:

• Reading our own Pinterest boards and Pins

• Identifying the appropriate board for publishing

• Uploading our own images or videos

• Creating and publishing Pins

• Providing Pin titles, descriptions and alt text

• Managing our own content publishing workflow

The application is intended only for Pera Pottery's own account and is not offered as a service to other Pinterest users.

3. Pinterest-Derived Data

Our application may receive limited information from Pinterest that is necessary to operate our publishing workflow, such as:

• Pinterest account identifiers

• Board identifiers and board information

• Pin identifiers and publishing status

• API responses necessary to create and manage our own Pins

Pinterest-derived data is used only for the purpose of operating and maintaining Pera Pottery's own Pinterest content workflow.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Pera Pottery does not permanently store Pinterest-derived information accessed through the Pinterest API, except where expressly permitted by Pinterest.

When Pinterest information is needed for our internal publishing workflow, our application accesses it through the Pinterest API at that time.

Authentication credentials and access tokens are kept private and are used only to authorize access to Pera Pottery’s own Pinterest business account. They are not publicly disclosed, sold, or redistributed.

Our application does not build or maintain a separate database of Pinterest Pins, Boards, or other Pinterest-derived information.

5. No Sale or Redistribution of Pinterest Data

Pera Pottery does not sell, license, rent, resell, or otherwise commercially distribute Pinterest-derived data.

We do not redistribute Pinterest content or Pinterest-derived data to third parties.

Pinterest-derived information is used solely for our own internal business and content publishing purposes.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

Information may only be shared where reasonably necessary to operate our technical infrastructure or where required by law. Service providers used in our workflow may process limited technical information according to their own privacy policies and applicable agreements.

7. Third-Party Services

Our workflow may use third-party services such as Pinterest, Etsy, Telegram, n8n, and hosting or infrastructure providers.

Use of those services is also subject to the respective privacy policies and terms of those providers.

We take reasonable measures to protect authentication credentials and other information used by our application from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.
